Control

  • We provide personalized videos and pictures of our fields during harvesting, packaging and loading of the cargo.
  • We work together with a private quality control company to control that all the customer’s requirements are accomplished in terms of Packing, quality and shipping time, before the product departs from Argentina.
    The quality control starts when the seed is planted, checking all the stages of the garlic growth until is ready to clean and be loaded in the cargo.

 

Export offer

  • Our seasonal export offer is around 40 to 50 containers.

  • SPRING VIOLET

    This vivid-colored and highly pungent variety grows to considerable sizes and has more cataphylls than other varieties. AVAILABLE: December /July
    ORIGIN: Early harvest, San Juan, East and Northwest oases. Province of Mendoza.

  • SPRING WHITE

    This variety has a subtler and milder flavor. There is a great demand for white garlic in Northern hemisphere markets, where consumers enjoy its mild yet distinctive taste. Grown from Pearly or Spring seeds.
    AVAILABLE: December / March
    ORIGIN: Mid-season: Valle de Uco, Province of Mendoza.

  • AMERICAN WHITE GARLIC

    American white garlic has a milder flavor and is highly demanded by North hemisphere markets, where consumers enjoy its mild yet distinctive taste. Grown from Pearly or Spring seeds.
    AVAILABLE: December / march
    ORIGIN: Calingasta Valley and Mendoza’s Northern oasis.

  • RED GARLIC

    This highly pungent variety is ideal for those who prefer well-seasoned dishes and richer flavors.
