The oats are heat-treated to deactivate enzymes, then laminated to form perfectly rolled flakes. These thick, quick-cooking flakes can be enjoyed with yogurt, fruits, milk (cold or warm), or in both sweet and savory recipes— without the need for cooking. With no artificial additives or preservatives, Roots BC Oatmeal delivers a wholesome, delicious taste and is ideal for a nutritious, easy-to-prepare meal.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place for up to 12 months.
Standard Whole Oat Flour is made from whole grain oats through a multi-stage milling process, preserving the germ, pericarp, and endosperm. The result is a fine, light beige powder with a mild toasted oat flavor, ready for direct consumption. Enzyme inactivation ensures chemical stability, giving it a shelf life of at least 12 months.
Storage : 12 months from elaboration. It must be carried out under optimal humidity and temperature conditions, ideally between 10°C and 32°C, with a maximum relative humidity of 60%.
